Hi, I’m Jay Jagada, the founder of HOMEY.

My journey with HOMEY began through personal experience. I came to the UK as a student to pursue my Master’s in Construction Management, and I quickly found that finding a decent rental property wasn’t easy. My first home search was stressful, confusing, and full of challenges. Even after graduating, as a working professional, I faced similar struggles—homes that weren’t in great condition, didn’t match my budget, or landlords who weren’t open to renting to professionals.

That experience inspired me to build something better.

With HOMEY, I wanted to create a letting agency that’s clear, honest, and supportive—one that puts people first. We’re here to make the process easier, with more information upfront and a team that genuinely wants to help you find the right home, without the hassle.

Because I’ve been in your shoes—and I believe renting should feel simple, fair, and human.
